Enable fast and flexible outbound payments through NPP, Direct Credit, and BPAY. This guide outlines how to programmatically pay suppliers or billers directly from your ledger account.
Overview
All outbound payment types are supported through the same API:
Endpoint: POST https://api.m-pay.com.au/financial/v2/transaction/execute
You can disburse funds using:
- NppCreditBankAccount – for instant NPP transfers
- directCredit – fallback for bank accounts not reachable via NPP
- bpay – to pay BPAY billers (pending details)
The mWallet token is the ledgerAccountNumber.
NPP Credit Transfer (Primary Method)
Use this method to make real-time payments to eligible bank accounts.

Direct Credit Transfer (Fallback Method)
