Onboarding API Information

The below image describes a basic onboarding flow for simple entities (companies and sole traders). In sandbox a failed verification does not block progress through the flow.

Create Entity and Verify to create an application. This will return an ApplicantID which will be used throughout the flow. Note that it can take up to 5 minutes to populate the UBOs for an entity from ASIC, wait for the status of the entity to change from pending before attemping to retrieve UBOs. You can check the status of an entity via Retrieve Entity Status.
Once an entity is verified, you will be able to retrieve the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) with the Retrieve UBOs endpoint.
After retrieving the UBOs, with the submission of additional data they can be verified with the Create Individual and Verify endpoint.

In Sandbox UBOs are not required to be successfully verifed to progress to creating a Ledger in the Payment API.

The applicantId can now be used to:

Provision a Monoova ledger account
Enable PayTo, PayID, NPP, Direct Debit
